He has led large-scale hiring transformations, managed complex organisational restructuring, and built people functions across multiple international markets.

That experience gave him an unusually clear view of what makes remote teams succeed long-term: structure, onboarding discipline, and genuine investment in employee experience. It is the foundation everything at Invicta is built on.
